One unit, one barcode, one voucher.

Installation is paid for when you buy. Each unit ships with its own R2,000 installation voucher, and any verified installer in our network can fit the unit and redeem it.

From checkout to a cool room

Step 1

Buy online

Pay for the unit. The R2,000 installation is in the price.

Step 2

Voucher issued

Each unit’s serial barcode is paired with a random voucher code, e.g. AAW-7KQ3-XM9P-D4.

Step 3

Book an installer

Pick any verified installer in your area from our network.

Step 4

Install and redeem

The installer scans the unit barcode, enters your voucher and uploads a completion photo.

Step 5

Installer paid

We check the claim and pay the installer R2,000. Your warranty is activated.

What the voucher covers

  • Labour: 2 hours, standard back-to-back or through-wall install
  • Copper connecting pipes (standard length, insulated)
  • Interconnecting electrical cable
  • Drain hose
  • Insulation tape and wrapping materials
  • Wall sleeve / pipe cover
  • Indoor installation plate and outdoor mounting brackets

What costs extra

Quoted by the installer:

  • Labour beyond 2 hours
  • Pipe runs longer than the supplied line set, plus extra R32 gas
  • New electrical circuit, isolator or DB work and the electrical COC
  • Trunking, scaffolding, core drilling through concrete
  • Removal of an old unit

The installer must give you a written quote for extras before starting.
