Enter an installation or service voucher number to see whether it is valid and when it can be used.
Installation vouchers start with AAW. The number is on the slip inside the box and in the email we sent when your order was paid. It only works with the unit it shipped with.
Service vouchers start with AAS and are emailed to you after purchase. They work on any brand of split unit.
You can also see all your vouchers, and choose your installer, under My account → Orders.
